These are the simple rules we ask you to respect. They are the only prerequisites to being invited into our guild. This is what you need to know as a new recruit, and what our current members adhere to:

  • Do not come into this guild begging for gold, items, armor, weapons, Power Levels. Begging is not tolerated of any kind but it is ok to ask nicely  for something that you may need.
  • Do not bring dishonor to our guild. It is rude and very ignorant to use bad language to others in the game. Don't curse another player out, find ways of handleing your problems or walk away. Problems in guild or in alliance should be taken up with gm's or officers.
  • Do not "ledge pull". Sanctuary Deific will not tolerate this in any way and will be grounds for immediate dismissal of accounts from the guild. If you do not know what this is, it is better to not find out. It is not allowed by MYTHIC, and Mythic will take thier own actions.
  • Be curtious to fellow players in the guild, game and alliance.
  • Know what the alliance charter states.

All Arcanes must uphold the "Code of Conduct" no matter what rank. Officers are held to higher standards as they are direct representatives of AS and of the GM.
First Infraction of any CoC rule: a chat group session with all involved parties with at least 2 officers/or GM and 1 officer is called for dicussion. Possible warning is given.
Second Infraction (same toon, same rule):  Requests for demotion is granted. If still Initiate rank, automatic disbanding of toon and account by GM.
Third Infraction (same toon, same rule): Decisions made to disband toon and account from guild is granted.
Any Initiate who willfully violates any three rules of the CoC, after agreeing to follow it, is automatically banned, toon and account, from the guild.
If the second infraction occurs on same toon, but is a different rule, another chat group is called. Should there be a third even if a different rule is violated, disbanding toon/account becomes an option and will be discussed with by as many officers as possible AND GM.
GM ruling is final is all decisions. If a problem is clearly that a toon will not work out despite being told to read the CoC and uphold the rules, automatic account banning may result on the spot with no prior meetings.
